I started Shaw Insurance Agency in 2021, and we've grown into two Seattle offices with plans for continued expansion.
As we grow, we're looking for people who want to build careers—not simply answer phones.
Our Customer Care Team plays a critical role in helping families protect what matters, developing customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our agency.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and onboard new customers.
- Schedule and coordinate customer insurance reviews and virtual meetings.
- Assist customers with policy questions, billing, and claims-related needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities for additional insurance protection.
- Support our Sales Team by taking ownership of customer-service responsibilities.
- Help improve our processes as we continue growing.
Who I'm Looking For
You're organized, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and take pride in getting things done correctly.
You don't wait for someone to remind you to follow up. You take ownership, communicate, and help your teammates succeed.
Customer service experience is helpful. Insurance experience isn't required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22/hour starting rate for unlicensed trainees.
- $25/hour licensed-specialist entry rate after completing both P&C and Life & Health licensing requirements and demonstrating role readiness.
- Additional commission and performance bonus opportunities.
- Agency-supported insurance licensing and training.
