Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and licensed Insurance Agent with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses. You’re the person people call first when life goes sideways — calm, steady, and ready to help. You genuinely care about your community and are dedicated to providing excellent service that makes a positive impact on the people around you.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it. You listen first, then guide, making customers feel understood while confidently recommending solutions. You’re motivated by goals and growth, with the ability to turn needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions that truly help customers.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, systems-driven agency environment based in our Wedgwood office in Seattle, WA, and be motivated to exceed goals that may seem out of reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a calm, steady resource customers call first when life changes unexpectedly.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships within your community and with customers.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and provide thoughtful, needs-based insurance solutions.
  • Engage customers daily to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Make cold calls and proactively prospect for new clients.
  • Operate efficiently within a strong systems and operations-focused agency.
  • Set ambitious goals and demonstrate relentless drive to achieve and exceed them.
  • Bring a unique personal "WHY" that fuels your need to succeed, not just a desire.
Qualifications:

  • Must hold current Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to cold call and generate leads.
  • Comfortable working in a systems-oriented agency environment.
  • Natural relationship-builder with a genuine care for community and customers.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.
